In America, crime-ridden and overcrowded prisons, the government sanctioned the annual 12-hour period in which all criminal activities, including murder, is it legal. The police can not be called. Hospitals suspend aid. Its a night when citizens regulates itself without thinking about the punishment. On this night, suffering from violence and crime epidemic, a family struggling with the decision about who they will be, when a stranger comes knocking.
